CHEERS Store Manager
1. Manage store and Store Manager Assistant; motivate STMA to work with a positive attitude.
2. Supervise and urge STMA to learn more knowledge about work related, wines and sales skills.
3.Test STMA and trainees about their wine knowledge and all the regulations in the store.
4. Assign tasks to Store Manager Assistant and Trainees, and guide them to finish the tasks.
5. Responsible for the cleanness in the store.
6. Responsible for store decoration during events.
7. Maintaining a good relationship with our neighbor store, restaurant, land owner and Chengguan.
8. Responsible for search potential business cooperation around neighborhood and hold wine tasting and events regularly. (At least 1 wine tasting per week!
9. Responsible for the store performance and everyday store turnover and send the daily turnover into the sales group
10. Responsible for the daily envelops and Fapiao, coordinate and send envelops with money to the finance team on time.
11.Attend weekly meeting in back office and give honest feedback.
12. Responsible for transfer every meeting details to the STMA and trainees.
13.Work close with Store Coordinator, Regional Store Manager, and back office people.
14. Give feedback timely to management about everything related store operation.
15. Responsible for customer service from every aspect; improve customer satisfaction. (Report bad/good customer feedback to Customer service
16. Improve customer service step by step and offer charming customer service to CHEERS customers.
17. Responsible for storage/order process, and monthly inventory work together with Logistic department.
18. Dealing with other job arranged by Regional Store Manager/Sales Director.
19. Use the POS in a proper way and guide assistants to use the POS efficiently.
20. Responsible for coordinate the delivery around our store.
21. Finish all the tasks given by back office before deadline.
